FAQ

Shipping

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide and are blessed to have friends of L.A.R.K in United States, Australia, United Kingdom, Japan, France and South Africa. Our preferred modes of shipping are Registered Postage, FedEx and Poslaju as they all come with tracking numbers for that extra security. For more details on shipping options and rates, please visit our Shipping & Returns page.

Payment

What payment options do you accept?
Our checkout system is handled by Paypal-- the faster, safer way to make an online payment. If you do not have a Paypal account, setting up an account is not necessary as you will still be able to checkout your order with your Visa or Mastercard via Paypal's interface.

If you are a Malaysian customer and prefer to pay via online bank transfer, please email me for the arrangement.

Retail

Do you have a retail outlet?
At the moment no, but you may purchase L.A.R.K items from our retail partner The Institute of Contemporary Art/Boston Store.

Wholesale

Do you provide wholesale orders?
Yes, I love working with small boutiques and retailers (online/offline) who have an appreciation for handmade accessories and thrive on providing a unique selection for their customers. Please get in touch with me if you'd like to discuss this further via email or Skype (ID: shoplarkdotcom).

Custom Orders

Do you take custom orders?
Yes, occassionally when the time permits. Please drop me a line via email if you'd like to inquire more.

About L.A.R.K bags

What type of leather are L.A.R.K bags made of?
They are made of pleather (polyvinyl chloride), an animal-friendly alternative as listed on DoSomething.org, and are fully-lined in quality fabric.

How do I care for my L.A.R.K bag?
Caring for your L.A.R.K bag is easy! As the pleather is water resistant, most stains can be easily wiped off with a damp cloth or regular wet wipes. For tougher stains, use a bit of diluted soap water.

Who makes all these bags?
A lady slave named Ching. Ok fine that's me. I design, source for materials, prototype, sew and pack all your orders in my Malaysian home studio.
